Heading to salon to get gorgeous. Thinking of going to my natural (almost black) and keeping some of the grey this time. We’ll see.

I suggested she go as a dead bumble bee … but she said that would just be a buzz kill.
Only member of my household dressing up this year is Girlchild (19) who’s going as a “roadkill bunny” - the anti-sexy bunny.
Unfortunately she also says stuff like that, out loud, at the zoo when looking over the zebras and giraffes. She’s 100% carnivore.
Girlchild will be out for a drive somewhere… drive by alpaca ranch and will say… Hmm… wonder what that would taste like grilled?

Morning Twitter. Up late. Henry Rollins KILLED last night. Amazing show. He talked for 3 hrs straight barely stopped to breath. Awesome.
Just got home from seeing Henry Rollins spoken word concert in Buffalo - he talked for 3 hrs straight, barely stopped to take a breath. Wow
He totally rocked - he’s a fascinating guy. I’m off to the land of Nod. Today was long. Tomorrow’s going to be too. Sleep well my pretties.
Hmm… just took down 3 baskets full of clothing from the closet and wonder… how do I have so much but always say nothing to were?

don’t mind stairs for the lighter stuff but no way in hell am I moving 2 fridges and a freezer down the stairs.
Oh… and elevator is tied up for the next couple hrs - someone’s got movers here moving their stuff. Ugh.
took 4 trips up and down stairs to move all the fridge stuff. How is it the kids always complain nothing to eat when it took 4 trips?
finished moving stuff for today - showered - grabbing a bite before heading to the U.S. eh and managed somehow to get potato soup in my hair

I have no control over temp in my apartment - it seems to be on MELT most of the time - windows open day & night to be comfortable.

Figure if I order some pizzas they’ll be here about the same time the soup cools off enough to eat - bacon (real strips), pinapple, mushroom

Hate waiting around for FedEx. Want a shower more than anything right now (the cats are keeping a 10 ft distance at all times) but waiting.

Pondering whether to torture myself with NaNoWriMo this year. Logical side says no… I do NOT have time this year.
I really like tweetdeck but I’ve a couple complaints 1. made a group, accidentally hit x, no way to get group back …
Tweetdeck complaint #2 it crashes Media Centre on Vista if I try to run both at the same time. 6 GB ram so memory’s not the issue.

Interesting… tonight TV’s Chuck solved the mission by playing Missile Command to Rush’s Tom Sawyer. Some seriously geeky fun that.
Just installed a new Okidata colour laser printer on the home network. A thousand times better looking than the inkjet was. Wow. Happy :)
