making lamb stew in a few mins with the leftover lamb from Christmas dinner. Very glad I cubed root veggies for the stew yesterday.
Christmas 2008 is over with. Glad to be done with it. Now looking forward to closing the door on 2008 next week. Finally.
I’m so not a fan of how lamb smells when cooking. Tastes great but the smell? gah.

Last year I did fondue for xmas eve - the kids didn’t really care for it and declared it too much bother. Back to antipasto, cheeses, etc

I’m currently wrapped around a very large mug of coffee. Off to slow start today. So very much to do, not sure where to start.
Boychild (14 yrs) asked for Gingerbread house kit. Just took it out of the bag and realized not house but a train. Train? Gingerbread train?
of course he wants to make it right this second. I told him it had to wait til tomorrow. Schoolwork today (still 12 modules due by dec 26)
